East Central Ohio Education Association The Quinn Scholarship for Students is awarded each spring to the child of an ECOEA member who is enrolled in a course of study leading to a degree in education. The student award is $1,500 paid to the student’s college or university. The Quinn Scholarship for Members is a $500 award for a member for continuining education and is paid by reimbursement upon successful completion and documentation of expense. The Member and Student scholarships will be chosen by lottery drawing from all member applicants and announced at the ECOEA Spring Representative Assembly.
